An experienced corporate lawyer, Kyungseok (KS) Kim advises clients on complex, cross-border transactions.


KS is a partner in the Firm's corporate/M&A team and a member of the Korea Practice Group.

Private equity funds, companies, investors, and lenders seek the benefit of his counsel on a range of deals, often with a cross-border dimension. An experienced team leader, KS advises on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, international joint ventures, financings and other general corporate matters.

A significant portion of his practice is also devoted to advising Korean companies on their strategic engagements worldwide.

International in outlook and experience, KS has previously worked in Washington DC, Hong Kong and Seoul. He is bilingual in English and Korean, and is qualified in New York.
