Biography
Lance Zhong is an associate in the Firm's Commercial Litigation Group, focusing his practice on navigating complex commercial disputes. He represents clients in a variety of high-stakes matters, including bet-the-company litigations and class action lawsuits that have involved multi-billion dollar judgments and exposure. Lance also leverages his experience to advise clients on critical Delaware corporate law issues and contributes to the Firm's representation in high-profile federal and state antitrust lawsuits.
Lance maintains an active pro bono practice alongside his commercial litigation work. His experience includes contributing to an education funding case and advising individual clients facing challenges within the complex arenas of criminal justice and civil rights law.
Prior to joining the Firm, Lance worked in the field of international development. Drawing on his international background, he contributed to initiatives aiming at advancing development and justice in various parts of Africa, in China, and in Haiti.
