Overview
Laura Buchholz is an associate in our M&A practice group with a special focus on transactions in the energy and real estate sector. She advises clients on all aspects of corporate law and M&A transactions.
Before joining White & Case as a lawyer, Laura Buchholz gained experience as a trainee lawyer at leading law firms in Berlin, Miami and New York as well as at Germany's Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy.

Representation of SoftBank Vision Fund II and Mubadala Capital on their investment as lead investors in the US$200 million Series D financing of TIER Mobility.
Synthos S.A., 2021
Representation of Synthos S.A., a key player in the global synthetic rubber market, on the US$ 449.4 million acquisition of Trinseo's synthetic rubber operations, including manufacturing and research and development facilities.
SECO S.p.A., 2021
Representation of SECO S.p.A., a leading operator in the industry of technological innovation, the Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), on the €180 million acquisition of the entire share capital of Garz & Fricke Holding GmbH and its controlled companies (Garz & Fricke Group) and AF HMI Holding.
Next Kraftwerke, 2021
Advised the founders and shareholders of Next Kraftwerke – Eneco, Neuhaus Partners, High Tech Gründerfonds and Hamburg FOR Mobile – on the sale of 100 percent of their shares to Shell Overseas Investment B.V.
