Laura Fletcher is counsel in our global M&A and Corporate practice based in London, specializing in Private Equity, with a focus on portfolio company assistance.
Laura provides ongoing support to financial sponsors and their portfolio companies on all aspects of their capital structures and other strategic matters ranging from executive hiring and dismissals to new incentive schemes, reorganisations, compliance issues and transformational operational activities. Laura provides “outsourced” general counsel support for a number of financial sponsors owned companies.
Prior to joining White & Case, Laura worked as legal counsel for private equity house, Bridgepoint and worked in the London office of a magic circle firm, during which time Laura was seconded to Equistone Partners.
