Laura Garr is a member of the Firm's Disputes Practice Group with a focus on complex civil litigation. She has significant experience in cross border contract and business disputes and bankruptcy-related litigation. Ms. Garr also has a successful track record in complex estate-related litigation, including probate and accounting disputes. With the Firm's Global Private Clients Group, Ms. Garr has expertise in advising domestic and international individuals and fiduciaries on all aspects of estate and trust administration.
Ms. Garr is very active in pro bono matters, with a focus on business and human rights and advancing the 2030 Agenda. Laura has led pro bono projects for the Vance Center, UN Global Compact, UN Global Alliance and was part of the trial team with the Education Law Center. Laura has also served as pro bono supervisor to human rights, corporate social responsibility, and immigration clinics for New York law schools.
