Overview

Laura Tuszynski is an associate in the Intellectual Property and Information Technology (IP/IT) practice of White & Case in Paris.

Her practice focuses on advisory and litigation matters for French and international clients in the areas of IP law (copyrights, trademarks, designs and models), IT law (IT agreements such as software licenses, integration, outsourcing, ASP, SaaS, cloud computing), internet law (e-commerce, online gambling, liability of technical intermediaries) and data protection.

Prior to joining White & Case, Laura acquired experience in the IT department of another American law firm in Paris. She has also worked in an international law firm in New York and within the legal department of a major French audiovisual media company in Paris.
