Léa Menaut is an associate in the EMEA Corporate M&A team of our Global Mergers & Acquisitions practice at White & Case.
Fluent in French and English, Léa is involved in corporate transactions in all manner of M&A, including both domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (private equity transactions and industrial M&A), financial and/or operational restructuring as well as real estate transactions.
Prior to joining the Firm in September 2022, Léa acquired experience in M&A departments of several high profile law firms in Paris.
