Biography
Lennart Merlin is an Associate in the Frankfurt office and a member of the firm's Private Equity department.
Lennart advises corporations and financial investors on mergers and acquisitions, in particular on private equity transactions.
Prior to joining White & Case as an Associate, he worked in the Corporate Department of another international law firm in Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg and Singapore, first as a research assistant and law clerk, later as an Associate.
