Leonard is an Associate in the Private Equity / Mergers & Acquisitions practice group in the Firm's Frankfurt office and specializes in private equity transactions as well as national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

He advises corporate clients, investors, and private equity firms in the areas of national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, as well as corporate law.

Prior to joining White & Case as an Associate in 2026, Leonard had already worked with the team as a research assistant and trainee lawyer and gained additional practical experience by working as a trainee lawyer for a renowned international law firm in Frankfurt in the field of Financial Restructuring.
