Li Jiang is an associate in White & Case's global Antitrust/Competition practice.
She has experience with U.S. DOJ and SEC enforcement matters, internal corporate investigations, risk assessment and due diligence reviews involving complex accounting issues, whistleblower claims, and matters relating to Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) compliance. She has worked for multinational corporations and individual officers in various industries including the life sciences and high-technology sectors in the Asia-Pacific region, with a focus on China and Japan.
Prior to joining White & Case, Ms. Jiang worked at leading international law firms in China and the United States. During law school, Ms. Jiang interned at appellate courts in both California and Shanghai.
Ms. Jiang is a native speaker of Mandarin Chinese and fluent in English and Japanese.
