Li Jiang is a member of the Firm's Global Antitrust/Competition Group.
Li handles multijurisdictional antitrust disputes and investigations in both the civil and criminal context. Li represents multinational corporations and individual officers before the US Department of Justice, the US Federal Trade Commission and the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Li also handles internal compliance investigations, risk assessment and due diligence reviews involving complex accounting issues, whistleblower claims, and matters relating to Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) compliance.
During law school, she interned at appellate courts in both California and Shanghai.
Li is a native speaker of Mandarin Chinese and fluent in English and Japanese.
