Lillian McCaw

Lillian McCaw is Chief of Staff, Office of the Chair. Lillian works closely with the Chair and the Executive Committee and oversees the Office of the Chair, which includes Partner Resources, Lateral Recruiting, Partner Integration and Partner Development functions.

Lillian previously served as Americas Chief People Officer and Interim HR Director for Asia-Pacific.

Prior to joining White & Case, Lillian held several international people leadership positions at Tesco, with responsibility for business transformation, executive talent and resourcing across Asia and Europe.
