Overview
Lily Simmonds is an associate in our Global M&A and Corporate practice, based in London.
Lily has a broad range of experience advising multinational listed and private corporate clients, financial sponsors and investment banks on a range of high-profile transactions including international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity capital raisings and corporate restructurings, as well as corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining White & Case, Lily was an associate at a magic circle law firm.
