Livy (Xingyue) Mezei is an associate in the Firm's Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Group. Her practice focuses on financial restructuring matters, including representations of debtors, creditors, and other interested parties in chapter 11 bankruptcies and cross-border proceedings.
Prior to joining White & Case, Livy completed a Bankruptcy LL.M. program at St. John's University School of Law and interned for Honorable Judge Kevin Gross of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
Represent Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A., New York Branch, as administrative agent, of debtor-in-possession revolving credit facility in the chapter 11 cases of Dean Foods Company and its affiliates.
