Logan Quinn

Logan Quinn is an associate in the New York office and a member of the Firm's Commercial Litigation group. Logan supports clients in a broad range of matters, including complex corporate and commercial disputes and bankruptcy litigation. Logan is also an active member of the Firm's pro bono practice where he has advocated for prisoners' rights.

Logan graduated from Georgetown University Law Center. While there, he served as a member of the Georgetown Journal of International Law and was a Human Rights Institute Fellow.

Advised a global, integrated oil & gas company in analysis concerning US antitrust implications of acquiring downstream oil refineries.

Advised board of a multinational workplace technology company on obligations arising under certain indentures.

Team member representing GT Real Estate Holdings, LLC in its chapter 11 case filed in Delaware to facilitate the wind-down of a proposed mixed-use real estate development planned to include a practice facility for the Carolina Panthers as well as the resolution of all related claims.

Team member representing the official committee of unsecured creditors in the chapter 11 cases of Celsius Network LLC and its ten affiliates pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

Team member representing Boy Scouts of America in its historic Chapter 11 proceedings.

Team member representing Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. and certain affiliates in their chapter 11 cases and global restructuring matters. Hertz completed its successful chapter 11 restructuring.

Team member representing Tufin Software Technologies Ltd., in pending securities class action cases in New York state and federal court involving allegations of misrepresentations connected with Tufin's 2019 IPO.
