Overview

Loredana B. Miranda is an associate in the Financial Restructuring and Insolvency group based in the New York office. Loredana advises clients in complex business reorganizations and out-of-court restructurings. Her practice includes all aspects of domestic and cross-border corporate reorganization and restructuring, bankruptcy proceedings, related litigation, and out-of-court workouts and related transactions.

Prior to joining White & Case in 2024, Loredana was an associate at another New York law firm practicing both transactional work and bankruptcy litigation.

Experience

Represents WOM SA (Chile) the second largest wireless telecommunications company in Chile, with respect to the restructuring of over US$1 billion of unsecured debt in WOM's chapter 11 cases in the United States;

Represents the largest shareholder of SunPower Corporation in its chapter 11 cases in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware;

Represented numerous independent directors in connection with the chapter 11 bankruptcies of Thrasio Holdings, Cyxtera, among other debtors, in in the United States Bankruptcy Courts*; and

Represented Soft Surroundings Holdings LLC, a prominent lifestyle brand and omni-channel retailer of women's apparel and accessories, in connection with the company's chapter 11 proceedings in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas, Houston Division.*
