Representation of Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ), Nordea Bank Abp, filial i Sverige, and Barclays Ireland PLC on the directed share issue of approximately SEK 594 million by Karnov Group AB (publ), a leading provider of mission critical information in the areas of legal, tax and accounting, and environmental, health and safety in Denmark and Sweden.
