Representative experience includes:

  • Representation of Saudi Aramco in connection with its acquisition of a 50% stake in Air Product Qudra's Blue Hydrogen Industrial Gases Company.
  • Representation of Saudi Aramco in connection with its acquisition from Sumitomo Chemical of 22.5% ($700 million) stake in their joint venture, Petro Rabigh.
  • Representation of Saudi Aramco in connection with the development of a blue ammonia project.
  • Representation of Red Sea Global in the financing of luxury hotel properties forming part of The Red Sea Project.
  • Representation of Saudi Aramco in the joint development of sustainable aviation jet fuel (SAF) in collaboration with TotalEnergies and Saudi Investment Recycling Company.
  • Representation of Saudi Aramco on the structuring, tendering, development and financing of multiple residential camp projects to be developed on a build, own, operate and transfer (BOOT) basis.
