Biography
Lucas Engrand is an associate in the Corporate M&A team of the Global Mergers & Acquisitions practice at White & Case.
Fluent in French and English, Lucas is involved in corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (private equity and industrial M&A) and corporate restructurings, and provides general advice to public companies.
He advises both French and foreign listed and non-listed companies as well as investment funds.
Lucas joined White & Case in 2025.

Caisse des Dépots et Consignations (2026)
Representation of Caisse des Dépôts on the conclusion of agreements with the French State regarding the acquisition from the State of the Société pour le logement intermédiaire (SLI), as well as its stakes in Autoroutes et Tunnel du Mont-Blanc (ATMB) and Société Française du Tunnel Routier du Fréjus (SFTRF) for a total amount of approximately €2.5 billion.
Spiro Mobility (2026)
Representation of Spiro Mobility on its US$215 million equity fundraising from major institutional investors, including Equitane and Impact Fund Denmark.
Crédit Agricole (2025)
Representation of Predica, a life insurance subsidiary of Crédit Agricole Assurances, in connection with a share swap with Icade.
