Biography
Lucía Quiroga is a Local Partner in the Firm Global M&A/Corporate Group of the Madrid office.
Her practice is focused on cross-border and domestic private equity and private M&A transactions. She has also advised in a variety of general corporate work, including merger and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings, advising on a number of different industries. She has extensive experience in managing multi-jurisdictional transactions and teams.

Charterhouse Capital Partners on its acquisition of c.80% of the shares of Metrodora, S.L., an educational group specialized in health and sports education, to Magnum Capital for an amount of c. 270 million.
Providence on the sale of a 50% stake in Globeducate, a primary and secondary education provider with a network of 65 international schools across 11 countries, to Wendel for an enterprise value of c.€2 billion.
Waterland Private Equity on the acquisition of a majority stake in Investigación y Control de Calidad, S.A.U. (Incosa), a leading Engineering Consulting services firm with expertise in diverse sectors including energy, infrastructure, building and environmental management.
Waterland Private Equity on its acquisition of 50% of the shares of Montronic Vic, S.L. and the subsequent acquisition of Surtel Electrónica, S.L.
MEDIAN Unternehmensgruppe B.V. & Co. KG, a portfolio company of Waterland Private Equity, on the acquisition of Hestia Alliance, S.L.U. and its subsidiaries, a Spanish group with mental health clinics and healthcare assistance.
