Biography
Maddy Merz is an associate in the Debt Finance Group of the Los Angeles office of White & Case.
Maddy's practice centers on representing commercial banks, investment banks, private equity sponsors, funds, and corporate borrowers in a broad range of domestic and international financing transactions. These include secured and unsecured credit facilities, syndicated and leveraged acquisition financings, asset-based and working capital financings, restructurings, special situations, distressed and debtor-in-possession financings, liability management transactions, and workouts.
