CCC Group: representation of the CCC Group in connection with the signing of an agreement with an entity from the Softbank Group, under which SoftBank Vision Fund 2 will invest PLN 500 million in eobuwie.pl S.A., the e-commerce platform of the Modivo Group.

EUR 25 million and amendments to the credit facility and intercreditor agreements.

Cyfrowy Polsat S.A.: representation of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. in connection with all aspects of the acquisition of Polkomtel sp. z o.o. including (i) negotiating agreements with existing shareholders, (ii) issuing Cyfrowy Polsat’s new shares and their admission on the WSE, as well as (iii) refinancing of the existing indebtedness of Cyfrowy Polsat and the Polkomtel capital group (Senior Notes, PIK Notes and Senior Facilities).
