Biography
María is an associate in the Banking-Debt Finance Department of the Madrid office.
Her practice is focused on debt finance, especially in advising investment banks, financial institutions and large corporations in relation to, amongst other things, domestic and cross-border financing transactions of a broad nature.
Experience
Some representative examples of María's experience include assistance to:
Lightsource bp (LSbp) to finance the development of its solar, wind and BESS projects in Spain, Portugal and Italy. The revolving credit facility is initially sized at EUR 175 million to finance the construction of the Guillenas 220/400 Solar Project in Seville, Andalucia, Spain, comprised of two photovoltaic plants with a combined capacity of 247 MWp.
Vauxhall Lending and LCM Partners in connection with Sale & Lease back and Operating lease agreements over numerous assets in Spain.
Flexam group in connection with a lease transaction entered into with OnTime.
LGT Capital Partners as lenders in connection with a €90 million financing extended for the acquisition of Agronova by Ambienta Sgr S.P.A. Loan proceeds were also used to refinance existing indebtedness of the company and for ongoing general corporate purposes.
