The primary areas of practice include the representation of insolvency administrator and company law related to insolvency proceedings.
Mariana Otto-Schoener joined the Düsseldorf Office as an Associate in March 2020. During her legal clerkship, Mariana Otto-Schoener gained work experience as a trainee lawyer in the Antitrust and IT department of an international law firm in Düsseldorf and worked for the German Embassy in Brazil.
