Mario Hein is an associate in White & Case's Dispute Resolution group based in Berlin. He advises and represents national and international clients in commercial litigation proceedings.
His expertise includes among others liability proceedings with different backgrounds including technological backgrounds in the automotive sector and professional liability.
In addition to advising and representing clients in national litigation proceedings in various disputes and mass actions brought by investors on the grounds of alleged deficiencies in prospectuses, Mario has experience in strategic advice on complex multi-jurisdictional disputes with focus on insurance law.
Prior to joining White & Case as a lawyer in 2019, Mario gained considerable experience in the field of national and international dispute resolution working as a research assistant and legal trainee for another leading international law firm in Berlin.
