Biography

Marlin is an associate in White & Case’s Dispute Resolution group in London, whose practice focuses on cross-border commercial litigation and international arbitration. She also has experience of damages actions before the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal, and is a member of the London Technology Disputes team.

Marlin joined White & Case as a trainee, gaining experience in the Firm's Private Equity, Litigation, and Financial Restructuring and Insolvency groups in London, as well as the Construction Arbitration group in Dubai.

Marlin was recognised in Legal 500 2025/6 (Competition Litigation) as “a young associate who has maturity, dedication and insight well beyond her years. She drafts extremely well and her knowledge of facts and documents is highly impressive.”

Experience

Representing Autoliv, a leading producer of occupant safety systems, in its successful defense of follow-on and standalone damages claims in the Competition Appeal Tribunal.

Acting for a group of bondholders in CPR Part 8 proceedings against a Swedish bond issuer.

Acting for a consortium of sellers in ICC arbitration proceedings arising out of the sale of shares in an African bank.

Member of the team advising Meta Platforms, Inc. on litigation and pre-litigation matters across multiple jurisdictions, including matters in relation to intellectual property, hosting provider liability and defamation laws.
