Fluent in French and English, Marovola is at ease navigating both domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, involving listed and non-listed companies, as well as private equity transactions on behalf of multinational clients.

Prior to joining White & Case, Marovola acquired experience in the M&A Department of several high-profile French and international law firms based in Paris.
