Overview
Marta Zieba is an associate in our global M&A and Corporate practice based in London.
She has experience advising corporates and private equity clients on a wide range of cross-border and domestic transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital financings and corporate governance and advisory matters.
Marta has also spent six months working in the Firm’s Hong Kong office.
