Representing Spark Education Platform (SEP), managed by EFG Hermes, on its acquisition of a majority stake in Qimam El Hayat International School in Riyadh.

Representing Saudi Education Fund (SEF), managed by EFG Hermes, on its acquisition of four schools in Saudi Arabia, two in the UAE, and one in Bahrain, owned by private equity funds managed by GFH Financial Group under the Britus Education brand.

Representing the El Kalla family on Social Impact Ltd. (SIC)'s acquisition of an additional 37.5% stake in Cairo for Investment and Real Estate Development (CIRA) through a successful mandatory takeover offer, valued at EGP 3.4bn.

Representing OQ Gas Networks SAOG (OQGN), as issuer, 144A initial public offering and listing on the Muscat Stock Exchange, facilitating the sale of a 49% stake by OQ SAOC (OQ), in a transaction valued at approximately USD 750m.

Representing Taaleem Holdings in its initial public offering and listing on the Dubai Financial Market.
