Biography
Overview
Mathilde is an Attorney and Counselor at Law (New York) in White & Case's International Arbitration Practice Group. She represents clients in international commercial and investment arbitration proceedings.
Mathilde has experience in disputes relating to post-M&A, construction and international investment law (ICC, DIS, VIAC, ICSID).
Prior to joining White & Case, Mathilde worked in the international arbitration practice of a leading German law firm, and in multiple top-tier international law firms in France, Germany and the United States.
Her international professional experience, combined with her legal studies in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Switzerland, and the United States, enables her to effectively manage the multijurisdictional and multicultural aspects of complex disputes.
