Experience

Advised the arrangers in connection with the financing by ICG of the acquisition of Comdata and combination with Konecta, leaders in Customer Experience (CX) Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions, headquartered in Spain;

Advised Cathay Capital Private Equity on the financing acquisition aspects of a minority stake in the share capital and voting rights of Shiro Games, along with the founders and Tencent;

Advised the banking syndicate in connection with the refinancing of OVHcloud concomitant with its initial public offering (IPO);

Advised the lenders in connection with (i) the refinancing and (ii) build-up financing of healthcare group Vivalto;

Advised the lenders in connection with the acquisition financing of Solina, a France-based manufacturer of ingredients for the food industry, by Astorg from Ardian;

Advising the lenders in connection with the acquisition financing of leading telecom service provider Circet by ICG from Advent International;

Advised the banking syndicate in connection with the renegotiation of Fnac Darty's terms of its credit facilities. Fnac Darty amended its revolving credit facility to increase the total amount from €400 million to €500 million.
