Biography

Overview

Maximilian Roth is an associate in White & Case's International Arbitration Practice Group. He represents sovereign and corporate clients in national and cross-border litigation and arbitration proceedings, with a particular focus on automotive and post M&A disputes.

Prior to joining White & Case, Maximilian gained experience in the field of dispute resolution with other renowned law firms in Frankfurt and as a trainee with White & Case during the German legal clerkship. His clerkship included three months at the White & Case office in Moscow, where he gained experience advising sovereign clients in investment arbitration proceedings.

Maximilian studied law in Hamburg and Paris. He gained further international experience working for the Permanent Representation of Germany to the European Union in Brussels.
