Maximilian Stelter practices in the area of insolvency administration and restructuring in all sectors of the economy.

In addition to liquidation, this includes in particular the continuation of business operations with the purpose of (transferring) restructuring. This applies to both regular insolvency proceedings and insolvency proceedings under self-administration.

Prior to joining White & Case as an Associate, Maximilian Stelter conducted part of his legal clerkship in the firm's office in New York, USA, where he gained valuable experiences regarding chapter 11 proceedings both on the debtor's and on the creditors' side.
