Merle is a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group based in Frankfurt.

She advises and represents national and multinational clients in complex commercial disputes with a particular focus on social media, data privacy & technology litigation.

Prior to joining White & Case, Merle gained considerable experience in the field of Dispute Resolution, Corporate/M&A and Private Equity working as a lawyer and trainee lawyer for several leading international law firms in Frankfurt.

Merle completed her master's degree at Stockholm University in European Economic Law with a focus on Finance, concentrating her master's thesis on the new MiCA regulation for cryptocurrencies.
