Biography
Overview
Michael-Anthony Jaoude is an associate in the commercial litigation group.
He advises clients and provides litigation strategy and support on a wide variety of complex commercial issues including Chapter 11 and other insolvency proceedings, contract disputes, OFAC and BIS sanctions, and SEC trade compliance.
In conjunction with Education Law Center, Michael-Anthony leads various trial and litigation teams in vicariously defending students’ educational rights under the IDEA and state constitutions.
Michael-Anthony received his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2016 and is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
