Michael is an associate in the Firm’s Global Litigation Group and is based in the New York office. Michael’s practice focuses on litigating securities class actions, shareholder derivative litigation, and M&A litigation in state and federal courts, as well as SEC investigations.

Michael served as a law clerk to the Hon. Christopher L. Ray, United States Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of Georgia from 2021-2023. Michael received his J.D., cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Fordham International Law Journal. He received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Fordham University.
