Experience

The General Authority for Civil Aviation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on the landmark privatization of five of Saudi Arabia's airports (Al Qassim; Hail; Jeddah; Yanbu and Taif), including running bid processes and drafting and negotiating concession agreements with bidders.

The General Authority for Civil Aviation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on the development of a dedicated cargo airport on the western seaboard of Saudi Arabia on a concession basis.

The bidder/developer and the concessionaire SPV on the development of a Roll-on Roll-off (RoRo) port concession project with Abu Dhabi Ports Company.

The Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia on the acquisition and ongoing development of the expansive King Abdullah Financial District; including on the interface of over 15 separate construction packages.

Advising PowerCo on the development of an architectural glass factory in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

Advising lenders to the successful bidder (Masdar) in respect of the development of the 800MW DEWA III Solar PV farm in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This deal has been named Middle East Renewables Deal of the Year by Project Finance International 2017.

The lenders on a portfolio of 5 separate 50MW solar IPP projects in Egypt under the FIT Programme in Ben Ban and Zaafrana. This deal has been named Global Multilateral Deal of the Year by Project Finance International 2017.
