Biography
Michael Jindia's practice focuses on patent litigation, including Hatch-Waxman litigation and other district court litigation, and intellectual property due diligence. He represents biotechnology and pharmaceuticals clients across the life sciences industry. Drawing on his background in biomedical engineering, Michael leverages his scientific expertise to analyze complex technologies and provide strategic legal counsel to clients.
During law school, Micheal interned with MIT’s technology transfer office and with the legal department of a Cambridge biotechnology company and was a staff editor for his school's intellectual property journal.
