  • Representation of USAID and the Jordanian Ministry of Water and Irrigation on the US$multi-billion Aqaba to Amman Water Desalination & Conveyance Project (formerly the Red Sea Dead Sea Project), the largest water generation scheme to be implemented in the history of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
  • Representation of Victorian Government on the structuring and development of the Suburban Rail Loop Project rail and tunneling project.
  • Representation of a client on the expansion of its cogeneration plant in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Representation of the lenders for Tilt Renewables' ~A$1.1 billion portfolio refinancing for 10+ renewable energy assets. This transaction was recognised as "Refinance Deal of the Year" by IJGlobal Asia-Pacific Awards 2023.
  • Representation of the lenders for Epic Energy's ~A$300 million portfolio refinancing of operational transmission pipelines and renewable power plants.
  • Representation of Bright Energy Investments on the ~A$500 million portfolio refinancing of three renewable energy assets.
