Michael is a staff attorney based in the Los Angeles office of White & Case, and a member of the Firm's global technology industry group. His practice focuses on representing technology and social media companies in commercial litigation disputes, with a particular focus on privacy and data protection (including GDPR), intermediary liability, hate speech, defamation, intellectual property infringement, and consumer class action claims.
His experience includes intellectual property, unfair competition and general commercial litigation and advice for technology companies.
Michael obtained his juris doctorate degree from the University of Southern California where he was a member of the Southern California Law Review. He also served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Marilyn L. Huff in the United States District Court in the Southern District of California.
