Michael’s practice involves representing innovator companies in complex patent litigation in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and other life sciences industries.
His practice encompasses all stages of civil litigation, including pre-suit diligence, motion practice, discovery and trial. His experience includes a variety of patent litigation matters, including Hatch-Waxman litigation and other district court patent litigation.

Esperion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as NDA-holder and patent owner in ANDA litigation against nine generic drug companies who are seeking approval for generic versions of Experion’s commercial products NEXLETOL® and NEXLIZET®.*
Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania patent owner representing in connection with asserting infringement of US Patent No. 7,625,558 (methods of treating cancer tumors) by Genentech's Herceptin, Perjeta, and Phesgo products.*
Represent a pharmaceutical innovator in Hatch-Waxman litigation for an antipsychotic used to treat schizophrenia or bipolar I disorders.*
