Biography
Michael Wu represents industry-leading technology companies in complex domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Prior to his legal career, he earned both a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and worked in the semiconductor industry, supporting the deployment and operation of advanced test equipment in California, Taiwan, Korea, and China.
