Biography
Michaela Sandberg is an associate in our Capital Markets practice in Stockholm and joined White & Case in 2024.
Prior to joining White & Case, Michaela studied at Uppsala University. During her studies, she worked part-time at a Swedish bank and at another law firm focused on financial regulation.
Experience
Representation of Carnegie and SEB as joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners, and ABG Sundal Collier as joint bookrunner, on the SEK 1.64 billion Nasdaq Stockholm IPO and listing of Apotea, a Sweden's leading online pharmacy.
