Biography
Mingrui Jin is an associate in White & Case's Asia-Pacific Debt Finance practice, based in Hong Kong.
She has experience advising banks, sponsors and borrowers on a wide range of cross-border financings, including syndicated and bilateral loans, real estate financing, acquisition financings, and corporate finance transactions.
Prior to joining White & Case, Mingrui was part of a leading UK law firm's Shanghai representative office.

- HSBC in arranging an onshore and offshore financing for Sino Ocean's acquisition of a portfolio of PRC logistics properties.*
- HSBC in arranging an onshore and offshore financing for JD of an office building in Beijing.*
- Blackrock on its acquisition facility and development facility extended by DBS China in respect of certain logistic property in China.*
- EQT Exeter in its acquisition financing of logistics assets and the development facility with various PRC commercial banks.*
- Certain club lenders on HK$4 billion and RMB400 million onshore and offshore refinancing with respect to an office building in Beijing.*
- ARTE Capital on its subscription of the convertible bonds of a Hong Kong listed company.*
- China Oriental International on the senior and mezzanine acquisition facilities with respect to certain properties in Hong Kong.*
- Syndicated lenders on onshore and offshore financing to JD for its acquisition of seven logistics properties in PRC.*
- Cathay United Bank on its loan facility provided to Blackstone to finance the acquisition of logistics warehouses in Nanjing and Changshu, China.*
- Standard Chartered Bank on its loan facility provided to Nova Property Investment Co Ltd. with respect to a property located in Shanghai.*
- Standard Chartered Bank and BNP Paribas on its loan facility provided to Gaw to finance the acquisition of a portfolio of logistics assets in Shanghai, Tianjin, Shenyang, Foshan, and Jiaxing.*
- Standard Chartered Bank on its loan facility provided to Pamfleet Shanghai Real Estate Fund, L.P. to finance the acquisition of certain floors in City Point.*
- Asian Development Bank on its loan facility provided to a state-owned enterprise in Shenzhen to develop and operate a portfolio of urban water infrastructure projects in 3rd and 4th tier cities in the PRC.*
- Asian Development Bank on its COVID-19 response financing for China Gas.*
- Brookfield on its acquisition financing provided by OCBC with respect to a warehouse in Dongguan, PRC.*
