Mitchell has broad experience in corporate financial transactions, ranging from general corporate facilities and warehouses to highly structured financings. He has assisted foreign and domestic issuers, arrangers, borrowers, lenders, managers and investors in Rule 144A and Regulation S offerings, asset-backed financings, and collateralized loan obligation issuances and refinancings.
