  • Advised a multinational in the electrical appliances industry on its acquisition of a business in Egypt.*
  • Advised the Central Bank of Egypt on matters relating to export credit and on the establishment and operation of the Egyptian Central Securities Depository, the recent entity in charge of deposit of government bonds and treasury bills.*
  • Advised Almaviva on the unified ticketing system project with the Egyptian Ministry of Transport.*
  • Acted as local counsel to Capricorn Energy in relation to local law aspects relating to a potential combination.*
  • Advised a major international player in the energy sector on the acquisition of Egyptian assets and companies*
  • Advised the shareholders of Azza Fahmy on the sale of a stake to Bidayat*
  • Acted as local counsel to EBRD on a reserve-based lending arrangement to a borrower with upstream oil and gas assets in Egypt.*
  • Advised Snam S.p.A on the acquisition of a minority stake in the East Mediterranean Gas Company.*
  • Advised the shareholders of the Egyptian IVF Center on the sale of a stake to BPE Partners, a private equity firm.*
  • Advised the shareholders of IBAG on the sale of stake to Banque Misr and Ahly Capital.
  • Advised the shareholders of Digitech for Information Technology on a joint venture with Softline Group in Egypt.*
  • Advised a multinational client on the regulatory aspects of private-to-private renewable energy sector in Egypt.*
