  • Mubadala Investment Company in its participation in a joint venture alongside NextDecade Corporation, Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP), GIC and TotalEnergies in connection with the US$18.4 billion financing of the Rio Grande LNG project. This was the largest greenfield energy project financing in US history.
  • Harvest Partners in the sale of Concentric, LLC, a top provider of industrial power solutions in North America, to Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. through Harvest's portfolio company OnPoint Group, LLC.
