Natalia Jaskólska-Kowalczyk is an associate in the Dispute Resolution and International Arbitration and White Collar Crime Practices. She is an experienced legal advisor specializing in litigation before common courts and in arbitration. Her expertise encompasses various complex legal areas, including post-M&A disputes, contractual penalties, construction disputes, and internal corporate conflicts. She actively participates in both civil and criminal hearings.

Natalia also handles proceedings based on D&O insurance policies and collaborates closely with the corporate, M&A, capital markets, and energy departments of the firm. Additionally, she conducts thorough due diligence in court and arbitration proceedings and offers ongoing advisory services related to data protection, including the development of privacy policies, risk analyses, and relevant documentation for employee and client data processing.
