Biography
Natalia Jaskólska-Kowalczyk is an associate in the Dispute Resolution and International Arbitration and White-Collar practices. Her practice focuses on litigation before common courts and in arbitration as well as various complex criminal proceedings, particularly in White Collar and corporate crime.
Natalia provides effective representation for clients across both civil and criminal matters. Her experience covers every stage of the legal process, including pre-trial investigations by law enforcement authorities and full proceedings before common courts.
She has a strong background in handling civil proceedings, including post-M&A disputes, contractual penalties, and internal corporate conflicts, as well as criminal proceedings, particularly cases involving fraud, false accusations, and defamation. At White & Case, Natalia advises global technology and social media companies, as well as an insurance company.
Prior to joining White & Case, Natalia gained experience in the dispute resolution departments of international and Polish law firms based in Warsaw.
