Biography
Neha is an associate in our Real Estate practice, based in Abu Dhabi. She advises on a broad range of commercial real estate matters and has experience supporting transactions involving assets in the Middle East and England across varying asset classes including office, hospitality, build-to-rent, residential, social housing and retail.
Neha's experience includes advising on real estate acquisitions and disposals, leasing, hotel and leisure transactions and portfolio asset and development financings.

Representative transactions include advising:
Rava Partners (the real estate division of Hillhouse Investment) on the acquisition of Hartland International School from a fund managed by London Based Janus Henderson in a deal that values the property at in excess of USD100million. The transaction included a re-gearing of the lease to the operator.*
A Hillhouse Investment entity on the acquisition of North London Collegiate School and an associated re-gearing of the lease to the operator.*
A lender on the financing of multiple off-plan sales projects in Dubai.*
