Neil Lalami is an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice at White & Case.

He advises on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions involving listed and non-listed companies, as well as on private equity transactions. He also advises clients on securities law issues in connection with takeover bids and corporate governance.

Prior to joining White & Case, Neil worked at several high-profile French and international law firms in Paris and New York.
