  • acquisition of international schools in Thailand including its certain land area and school buildings; and
  • acquisition of the remaining stake in international schools in Malaysia from an investment company listed on the Malaysia Bursa.

ESR on its disposal of interests in the Higashi Ogishima B Distribution Centre in Japan to a joint venture vehicle established by ESR and The Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC), and related shareholder arrangements in respect of the SPC with GIC.

A leading Singapore-based secondaries investment firm on its acquisition from an investment bank of a secondary portfolio of equity investments through two newly formed partnerships of which the client is the lead investor.
